Changed my review due to being broken with iOS8

I use this application all the time and I love it! It is a life saver and I really miss it now since it will not work with iOS8. It launches but crashes instantly and I am no longer able to use it.

I’ve been waiting, as many others, for weeks now since iOS8 was released and still nothing. I contacted support to inform them of the issue 2 weeks ago and still nothing from the developers. iOS8 was announced months ago and as an iOS developer we knew changes were coming so we could prepare for them. Clearly this company was not interested in providing support for their customers but rather only interested in the money they would make from the sale of their application.

If you care about your customers, FIX THE APPLICATION NOW!!! It is not that difficult to do!!!! Or are you waiting for your customers to dig into the log files to locate the problem and tell you how to fix it?

Another 2 weeks and still no update to the application. It really should not be this difficult to identify the issue and provide an update to the application on the App Store. Especially since this is impacting ALL USERS that have purchased the application and are now on iOS8. At this point I can’t imagine why anyone would make an investment into purchasing this application since it is clear that the company is either unwilling or unable to provide support.
